The Board of Supervisors will consider two ordinances during their January 11, 2017, regular board meeting.
A proposed amendment to Hardin County Ordinance No. 13 (PDF) will be under its first consideration. This ordinance establishes the uniform rural address system and updates to this system.
The second ordinance under its first consideration will be Ordinance No. 47, An Ordinance Providing for the Division of Taxes Levied on Taxable Property in the 2016 Amendment to the Pine Lakes Ethanol Urban Renewal Area Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa (PDF).
These ordinances will be on the meeting agenda, which are always available online, and all regular Board of Supervisor meetings are open to the public.
