The Hardin County Information Technology (IT) Department, under the direction of the Board of Supervisors, provides a reliable and secure technology infrastructure. It is also the responsibility of the IT Department to envision and implement new technologies that will facilitate and enable future growth for Hardin County. The IT Department strives to maintain a steady data processing budget to efficiently and effectively manage the county's technology funds.
