Position: Full-Time Communications Specialist
Deadline: Open until filled
Communications currently has 1 Full-Time opening for E911 communications specialists. Job entails but not limited to dispatching fire, EMS, and law enforcement in Hardin County, along with any other day to day duties in the communications center. This position will require working nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must attend and pass the National Dispatcher Selection Test.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older at time of application
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background investigation
- Proficient Typing skills
Required training will be provided. Hardin County is seeking energetic people with a good work ethic and moral character.
